Clip Chart
In our classroom we use a clip chart to keep track of student behavior
throughout the day. If a student breaks a class rule, or is misbehaving they are
asked to move their clip down one space. Students begin at the top of the chart
on orange each day. The colors are as follows:
Orange - Terrific Tigers!
Green - Think about it
Yellow - Try something new
Blue - Time Out
Red - Tiger Turnaround Station (TTS)

On the first Friday of every month, our school throws a PBIS celebration for all the students who showed positive behavior for the entire month. Our classroom clip chart system plays a large role in determining who will attend these celebrations. Students must have no more than three yellow days and absolutely NO blue or red days.
